- The C6 converters come in 3 x Crank Pilot sizes. The most common are the 1.75" pilot size that suits the Windsors, Clevelands and the 460 Big Blocks.
- The other common size is the 1.850" pilot size and this suits the FE 390, 427 and 428 Cobra Jets.
- C6 torque converters stall Speeds:
- 1800-2200 Stall are typical for great street driving & mild performace upgrades with mild camshafts.
- 2500 - 2800 Stall C6 have a higher launch RPM to allow you get up onto the torque band when larger camshafts are used.
- 3500-3800 Stall C6 converters are suited for your typical high performance, hot camshaft builds & Street / Strip applications.
