If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason or have a warranty issue, we're here to help!

 

We offer returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund* to the original payment method.

*Note:

10% restocking fee may apply.

Original shipping costs are not refundable.

3.5% Paypal fee will apply on refunds (that were paid by Paypal)

 

Warranty Claims: 

Warranty Parts: Parts are warranted by the manufacturer and subject to the manufacturers policy's, unless specified otherwise. Parts used for racing or competition may carry a limited manufacturer's defect warranty only (subject to manufactures policy). They are not warranted for breakage or wear under any circumstance due to the nature of racing applications. Total Performance reserves the right to refuse any parts that show evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer.

Labor charges: Labour carried out by Non approved Total Performance Contractors or Not pre authorised works are not covered. Claims need to be authorised prior to any repair or rectification works are carried out. 

Please note the following requirements to our return and refund policy:

  • Total Performance is not responsible for installation errors or damage due to improper installation or abuse. Parts that are damaged due to improper installation or abuse, are not returnable, and we are not responsible for any labor expenses, towing, rental car, or other expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation. It is the installer's responsibility to verify correctness of all parts prior to installation.
  • Labor charges by Non-Total Performance appointed contractors are not covered.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty)
  • Returned items must be returned in original UNOPENED and undamaged packaging (must be in a resaleable condition, not torn apart or grubby finger prints).
  • Buyer pays return shipping and not refundable.
  • Buyer is responsible for goods until they arrive at Total Performance. 
  • Any loss or damaged of the returned products are the responsibility of the purchaser/sender.
  • Originating/Outwards shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Returned items must have not been used or show visible signs of wear or use

WHAT can be returned?

  • Any part that is in its original and unopened packging 


WHAT Cannot be returend?

  • Special Order or buy in Products & Parts
  • Products that are discounted or clearanced sale.
  • Installed or fitted parts
  • Painted or modified parts
  • Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason.
  • Installed parts and electrical parts are only covered against manufacturer defects and are subject to a warranty exchange only, at the manufacturer's discretion.
  • Labor charges not approved or carried out by Non-Total Performance Contractors are not covered.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All items are to be returned by 30 days, unless prior arrangements have been made.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Please return all items to:

Total Performance. 1/10 Brand Drive, Thomastown, 3074, Victoria.

HOW to do a return item:
Please either call us or email us sales@totalperformance.ne.au with details about your request for a return. We will be in contact and help resolve the issue and raise a Return For Credit form (RMA) 

SHIPPING for returns:
Purchaser to pay for return shipping. Faulty items will be investigated and a refund or partial refund of shipping may apply depending on what the fault is. A change of mind return will require the purchaser to pay for return shipping. Purchaser is responsible for items until the products reach Total Performance. It is up to the purchaser to ensure the product is adequatly packed and insured. Total Performance will not be responsible for damaged or lost items on return shipping.

You can have a choice of Store Credit, Exchange for a different product, or a refund* 

Instore return option?
You are welcome to visit the store and return the item in person. 

Packing materials?

Returned items must be returned in original UNOPENED and undamaged packaging (must be in resalable condition, not torn apart or grubby finger prints).
