If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!

We offer returns/exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store creditdifferent product, or a refund* to the original payment method.

*Note: a 10% restocking fee may apply. Original shipping costs are not refundable. A 3.5% Paypal fee will apply on refunds. 

 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged (unless faulty)
  • Returned items must be returned in original UNOPENED and undamaged packaging.
  • Buyer pays return shipping. 
  • Returned items must have not been used or show visible signs of wear or use

WHAT can be returned?

  • Any part that is in its original and unopened packging 
  • New condition and
  • Not on a discounted sale.


WHEN do items need to be returned by?
All items are to be returned by 30 days.

HOW to do a return item:
Please either call us or email us @ sales@totalperformance.ne.au with details about your request for a return. We will be in contact and help resolve the issue. 

SHIPPING for returns:
Purchaser to pay for return shipping. Faulty items will be investigated and a refund or partial refund of shippping may apply depending on what the fault is. A change of mind return will require the purchaser to pay for return shipping.

CREDIT for returns?
Set how customer is credited for returned item.

Instore return option?
If you have brick and mortar locations, can customers return items there. Provide locations, directions and hours of operation.

Packing materials?
Do items need to be in orginal packaging for returns?
