• Installation Notes:

  This stud kit suits OEM Ford 302 / 5.0L Windsor blocks and is compatible with both factory and most aftermarket cylinder heads.

  It does not fit Dart blocks or 351 Windsor blocks, as those blocks use a larger 1/2" head stud size, whereas the OEM 302 Windsor uses 7/16" studs.

  Many aftermarket aluminium cylinder heads are machined for 1/2" fasteners, so when fitting to a 302W block you may require hardened step-down washers to correctly locate the 7/16" studs in the larger head bolt holes. Use Edelbrock #ED9680 step down washers.

  DRP Windsor cylinder heads already include the required step-down washer inserts.
