The ARP 234-4345 Pro Series, 2000 Series head studs kit suits 2004-on GM Gen III and Gen IV LS engines using equal-length M11 head fasteners. Built from ARP2000 material for dependable cylinder-head clamping in performance, naturally aspirated, turbocharged and supercharged LS engine builds.

The ARP 234-4345 head stud kit is commonly used in Holden and Chevrolet LS2, L76, L77, L98, LS3 and LSA performance engine combinations. Correct application depends on the cylinder-head fastener arrangement, not simply the vehicle model or engine capacity.
ARP2000 studs are centreless ground, heat-treated before thread rolling and manufactured for consistent fastener preload. This makes the kit well suited to high-compression, turbocharged, supercharged and serious naturally aspirated LS builds where reliable head-gasket clamping is critical.
Installation Note: Clean the block threads thoroughly, install the studs hand-tight only and use the supplied ARP Ultra-Torque lubricant on the specified threads, nuts and washers. Follow the current ARP instructions and GM tightening sequence supplied for this exact kit.
