Freight & Shipping Policy

Free Freight on orders over $200 of product purchase. 

The freight will be sent by Australia Post. 

There is an Express option by Startrack at an extra charge for the express shipping. 

All items shipped from Total Performance will have a tracking number and an automated email will be sent on despatch. Please check your junk folder as sometimes these emails are blocked or directed to junk folders. 

The Free Shipping offer is availabe only via the internet purchase. 

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT : 

If you have recieved a product that has been damaged in transit, we will require proof of damage in transit. We prefer if you dont open the packaging. Please make contact with us and raise a return ticket. 

Please take clear photos showing the whole parcel/box. Take clear photos of the damage of the packaging and the shipping label. If the product has come out of the packaging, please take photos of the damage. 

Please email or text us the photos of the damage with the reference of your invocie and the return ticket number. 

We will assess the damage and reply.
