Small Block Ford Windsor Romac harmonic balancers. This Romac Balancer is a Red Series, feature all-steel construction, Steel inner & steel outer. The Romac Ford Small Block Windsor Red Series are SFI 18.1 spec approved. These premium Ford Windsor balancers feature 360 degreed timing marks and are fully encapsulated and are serviceable by a circlip mounted at the front of the outer ring. All Windsor Romac balancers are individually consecutively marked, fully serviceable and need no special bonding with the elastomer.
