Comp Cams #08-416-8 Chevy 350 Vortec & 5.7 Mercruiser Camshaft. Upgrade over stock, Stage 1 camshaft. Good for pleasure use and economy, smooth idle.
Comp Cams extreme energy, has faster than normal lobe design produces better throttle response and more horsepower throughout the entiere rpm range than other cams with the same duration at .050 in. With the shorter seat timing of the lobe design delivers increased engine vacuum. These cams suit applications for 4x4, Towing rigs & Marine pleasure crafts wanting more power & torque.
This camshaft is a fantastic improvement over stock without going over the top. You will notice a great improvement without loosing drivability.
