This Crower 66278TH-16 Lifters is the taller design & has +.300 higher link blade location for use with small base circle camshafts when running high lift. 

A must for LS engines with high cylinder pressure, high rpm applications. Crower’s Severe-Duty Cut-Away style

LS rollers feature a superior, billet alloy body, lightweight design and a heavy-duty blade, raised to

fit late model blocks. Severe-Duty Cutaway Roller Lifters are lighter than the original lifters and

available with offset pushrod seats. Standard or .150” offset. Fit .842 & .875 Lifter Bore Blocks.

• Lifters have Hi Pressure Pin Oiling (HIPPO) option.
