Ford Windsor Romac harmonic balancers. This Romac Balancer is a Red Series, feature all-steel construction, Steel inner & steel outer. The Romac Windsor Red Series are SFI 18.1 spec approved. These premium Ford Windsor balancers feature 360 degreed timing marks and are fully encapsulated and are serviceable by a circlip mounted at the front of the outer ring. All Windsor Romac balancers are individually consecutively marked, fully serviceable and need no special bonding with the elastomer.
