PAC 1219-16 suits GM LS beehive valve spring applications where the camshaft, cylinder head setup and clearances match the PAC 1219 specs. PAC lists the 1219 as fitting stock LS retainers and seats.

PAC lists the 1219 as a drop-in design for stock LS retainers and seats. You still need to check installed height, valve lift, coil bind and retainer-to-seal clearance before fitting.

No. PAC 1219-16 is the spring set only. Retainers, locks, seats and seals are not included unless listed separately.
