Total Performance has positive feed back from customers who have installed and ran this camshaft with no tune and used the factory torque converter. No springs required, however this will limit top end performance. We do recommend installing a spring upgrade, Comp Cams 26915-16. Total Performance is a Comp Cams dealer.
