AutoTec 1000336 Forged Flat Top Pistons - Ford 302 Windsor 4.030 Bore
Fits: Small Block Ford 302/351W 20° cylinder head applications using 4.030" bore, 3.000" stroke, 5.090" rod length and 1.600" compression height. Commonly used for 306ci Ford Windsor performance rebuilds.
AutoTec 1000336 is a forged flat top piston set for Small Block Ford 302 Windsor builds using a 4.030" finished bore. Built from 4032 alloy with two valve reliefs and a -5cc crown volume, these pistons suit street, street/strip and performance rebuilds where stable clearances, good ring seal and a sensible compression package matter.
This piston is set up around a 3.000" stroke, 5.090" rod and 1.600" compression height, making it a strong choice for overbored 302 Windsor combinations. Chamber size, gasket thickness, deck height and valve clearance still need to be checked during mock-up.

AutoTec 1000336 Ford 302 Windsor Forged Pistons
AutoTec 1000336 pistons suit Small Block Ford Windsor engine builds where a 4.030" bore and standard 3.000" 302 stroke are being used. That makes them a common choice for 306ci Ford Windsor rebuilds, including tough street engines, naturally aspirated performance builds and engine shop combinations where forged pistons are preferred over cast replacement pistons.
The flat top, two-valve-relief design helps keep compression up without moving into a heavy dome piston. With a listed -5cc crown volume, this piston can work well with common Windsor chamber sizes, but the final compression ratio depends on the full engine combination, including cylinder head chamber volume, head gasket thickness, piston deck height and block machining.
