Ford 351C 3V Intake Manifold - OEM/Original looking Cleveland 4V intake manifold. 

Suits Cast Iron 4V and the aftermarket 3V style cylinder heads (which are a raised port/filled in 4V port)

Note:  This manifold will also fit a 4V cylinder heads, the ports of the manifold are smaller than the 4V and the mis-match is acceptable and still works well. Will fit both a normal 4V port and a filled 4V port with the port fillers.
